The 25mm version is used for Taekwondo, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate and other sports that feature stand-up and striking martial arts. They also provide some fall protection without being too soft for stand-up techniques.
The mats are also widely used by physios, Yoga trainers, Pilates, gymnastics and other floor exercise heavy studios.
